Encrypted everywhere
Everything sent between your browser and Autopilot is encrypted, and everything we store is encrypted too.
Your data stays in the UK
Our database is hosted in London, and we comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your data is yours alone
Every garage’s records are kept separate at database level, so no other garage can ever see your customers or jobs.
The right access for each person
Admin, manager, technician and sales and finance roles each see only what they need. Technicians do not see your financials.
Secure logins
Strong passwords are required for every account, and staff are logged out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
No card details stored
Card payments go straight to Stripe, which holds the highest level of payment security certification. Card numbers never reach us.
Backed up every day
Your data is backed up automatically every day, and the backups are encrypted and kept separately.
Never used to train AI
The AI assistant only sees your own garage’s data, and that data is never used to train AI models.
Monitored and reviewed
We monitor for unusual activity, keep audit logs of key actions, and review security as the platform develops.
Built on providers trusted by businesses worldwide, each independently audited to recognised security standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
