You sign up, we book you straight in with a UK onboarding specialist. Company details, VAT, labour rates and users get set on the call, along with your parts and accountancy integrations and your service packages built out for you.
Your data comes across
Send us an export from your old system. Customer records, vehicle history and invoice history are mapped, imported and checked back with you.
Team training, your way
We offer a range of training packages to suit different garages, whether that is remote over a call, us coming to you, or your team coming to us, with sessions as short or as thorough as you need.
Run it for real, free
Book real jobs, send real invoices, on the full plan. Support is UK based and on the end of a phone. If it does not earn its keep, cancel and pay nothing.
You do not start from an empty system
A garage with fifteen years of history behind it cannot afford to lose it. We bring the record across so day one looks like a system you have always used.
30 days, nothing charged
You enter a card at sign up but nothing is taken during the trial. Cancel anytime in the 30 days and you will not pay a penny.

Our team is in the UK, on the phone and on email during working hours. The person who onboarded you is the person who picks up.

The questions every switching garage asks
Will the garage go down while we move?
No. You keep working in your old system while we import. We agree a go live date with you and switch over on a quiet day.
We are still in contract elsewhere. Can we start?
Yes. Plenty of garages run both for a few weeks. The 30 day trial is a sensible place to overlap before your notice period ends.
What if our old provider will not give us an export?
Tell us who you are with. We have moved data off most of the systems in the UK market and can usually tell you exactly what to ask for.
Is there a contract with Autopilot?
No long tie in. Monthly, cancel when you like. The trial is 30 days and you are not charged if you cancel within it.
Do we lose access to our old records?
Your imported history lives in Autopilot. We also recommend keeping a copy of the raw export, and we will tell you how to store it.
We are on pen and paper. Is this too much for us?
It is the same onboarding. We type up your customer list with you, set up the diary, and train the team with a package that suits you.
